What "content management" means
Generally speaking, content management services are services by which data are edited, organized and archived in a digital format. Since the advent of the Internet, each of us is being daily flooded by considerable amounts of digital data through different communication channels: online (Internet and Intranet), offline (at office or at home), by email (spam, promotions, RSS) or even, in some developed countries, DTV (digital television). At the same time we have our own communication needs, either as legal or private persons: the need to promote our image at online level, to efficiently communicate for the web, to update Internet websites, to optimize content, photographies, audio or video files, to optimize and index sites with search engines, forums, blogs, and so on. Our mission is to efficiently organize all these data so that the client will best benefit from all these pieces of information.

How we work
All requests from our clients are first assessed at project level in order to identify the needs of the client, the infrastructure that the client has or wants to use, the length and characteristics of each project. In general, we use an elecronic project management system for all projects, which allows us to report data in real time, to assign the project manager, to estimate project completion, and to add or update tasks. All these data are also forwarded to our clients in real-time, online.
Our professionalism in online journalism and digital communication offers us the expertise to select, organize, archive information in digital format. We work at the Internet level through http and ftp protocols, at Intranet level, through VPN Client or email.
